Rose loves her brother. She also loves to test limits. Put these together, and you get a bit of sincere but aggressive love, so for now close supervision is in order. That being said, we did hear a spontaneous, "I love you, Baby Peter!" and she asks after him when she wakes up, all of which is pretty heart-melting.
Luckily, newborns sleep through most anything.
