Rosie at 21 months

Rose thinks she's turning 21 years, not 21 months.  Don't worry, this was empty.  (Though let the record show, we do not condone drunk tricycling.)
Rose got 4 more teeth this month-- only 4 molars to go!
Rose is now making some 4-word sentences ("Open the gate, please!") and
using more parts of speech ("Those shoes!"  "Close it!" "This way!").  She parrots many things adults say, usually without any idea what she's saying.  Every day she busts out some new words we didn't even know she knew and don't remember teaching her, like today's offerings, "porcupine" and "stuck."  A couple of her latest Mandarin phrases (or so we're told) are "wash hands" and "Bird flying!" And she still makes lots of unintelligible babble, too.
Some of her favorite activities include pushing her "baby" in her stroller, visiting animals of all kinds (the children's farm, zoo, ducks in the park, etc.), and reading about boats, buses and airplanes.
