Rose celebrated the new year by taking her mom and dad to Hawaii. She was a great traveler on the flights to and from Kauai, and slept most of the time.
Rose saw waterfalls...
beaches...
monstrous tropical plants...
...and napped her way through Waimea Canyon.
Rose took her first boat ride ever,
hiked the Na Pali coast,
and rested on the beach.
Rose was a big fan of tropical drinks:
on the beach, for example...
or on the cliffs of the Na Pali coast...
... and especially while watching the sun set over the Pacific.
